Protech is seeking experienced Civil Labourers, Leading Hands and Plant Operators for ongoing work located in Marsden Park!

About the role:
Monday to Friday work + optional Saturdays
Outstanding hourly rates + overtime + allowances
Weekly pay

What You’ll Be Doing

Civil Labouring Duties:
Installing fencing, signage, flagging and environmental controls
General site clean-up and housekeeping
Spotting machinery and working safely around services
Assisting plant operators and site supervisors

Plant Operating (If Ticketed):
Roller
Excavator

Leading Hand Duties:
Lead and manage a team of internal employees and subcontractors to ensure daily project activities are executed safely, effectively, and in alignment with project objectives
Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and legislative requirements
Support the Site Supervisor in achieving project milestones, planning daily tasks, and delivering high‑quality outcomes across all phases of the project
Motivate, guide, and mentor team members to foster a positive work setting, promote high productivity, and maintain strong employee engagement and satisfaction





What We’re Looking For
Full Australian working rights
White Card (Construction Induction)
At least 6 months experience in civil earthworks
6 months Leading Hand experience (For Leading Hand position)
Current driver’s licence + reliable transport
Valid Tickets (essential for operator roles)
Strong work ethic, reliability and a positive, team-focused attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
