My client in Adelaide CBD are seeking a PMO / Program Analyst to help them deliver Program services and outcomes to assist the Program Director to deliver program objectives.

You Will Be Responsible For
Coordinating all aspects of the program
Serving as the primary point of contact for program-related communications
Work with other project managers to identify risks and prospects across multiple projects within the Technology portfolio
Produce program reports for senior stakeholders
Collaborating effectively within the team to glean insights for reporting purposes.
Supporting the implementation of overarching strategies and actions.
Contributing to decision-making and effective problem-solving.
Supporting maintenance of compliance with project methodologies and governance.




Coordinating project meetings and maintain documentation.
Fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Contributing to providing support for continuous improvement of project delivery.

You will need to have ALL of the following experience and skills.
Receiving reports from the projects; analyse and identify program dependencies, risks and issues etc to flag to directors.
Financial management
Understanding AND practical experience delivering technology/IT projects and programs - with examples
MS Project and Jira experience
