As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing experience – from their first enquiry through to delivery of their new vehicle.
Key responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting customers in the dealership
Responding to phone, online and social media enquiries
Understanding each customer's needs and helping them find the right vehicle
Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
Following up enquiries and maintaining relationships with prospective customers
Working with our Sales Managers, Finance Department and other dealership departments
Assisting customers with trade-in and vehicle purchase processes
Maintaining accurate customer information and follow-up activity
Achieving individual and dealership sales targets
Delivering the high level of customer service expected at Malouf Autos
About you
Confident and comfortable talking with people
Friendly, positive and professional
Motivated by achieving targets and earning commission
Reliable and well presented
A good communicator
Comfortable using computers and following up customers
Able to work as part of a team
Willing to learn and develop your sales skills
Focused on providing an excellent customer experience
A current driver's licence is required
