AMS Roofing is seeking an experienced and reliable Metal & Tile Roofer to join our growing team across Sydney.

We specialise in roof maintenance, roof repairs, guttering, downpipes, leak detection, roof restorations, and emergency roofing services. This role offers ongoing work across residential, strata, and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Metal and tile roof repairs and maintenance
Replacement of broken, cracked, and damaged roof tiles
Bedding and pointing of ridge capping
Metal roof sheet repairs and replacements
Gutter and downpipe repairs and replacements
Leak detection, water testing, and roof inspections
Installation and repairs of flashings, cappings, valleys, and roof penetrations
Installation and replacement of Decktites, cowls, and roof ventilation components
Roof maintenance and preventative works
Gutter cleaning and maintenance
Emergency roof repairs and make-safe works
Identifying roofing defects and recommending appropriate repairs




Working safely at heights and following WHS procedures
Taking clear before, during, and after photos and providing reports on completed works

Requirements:
Previous experience in metal roofing, tile roofing, or both
Current Driver's Licence
White Card
Working at Heights ticket (preferred)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and qualified presentation
