Our Client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their Kalgoorlie operations. This hands-on leadership role will oversee day-to-day yard operations, workforce management, client relationships, safety compliance, and operational performance within a growing mining services business.

Lead and coordinate daily operations, workforce scheduling, fleet management and resource planning.

About You
Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership position.
Strong background managing teams within mining, industrial, field service or maintenance settings.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on safety and customer service.
