Key responsibilities

Manage hardware assets, including break fix, spares pool and audits.

Coordinate vendor service reviews and operational meetings, following through on actions.

Support the Service Delivery Manager on budget, contracts and the Technology Lifecycle Plan.
n
Contribute to minor works and ICT projects tied to the Technology Lifecycle Plan.

Experience in ITIL-based settings.
