Westwood Accountants & Advisors Pty Ltd is a progressive firm, which has been providing Accounting and Taxation Services to a wide range of clients, as well as Business Coaching & Development for over 40 years.

The firm is a skilled practice with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. To fulfil this role, the applicant’s work ethic and attitude is far more important than skills and experience, as all training will be provided on the job.

Key Responsibilities:
Front office concierge - meeting and greeting clients
Answering phones & emails
Correspondence and client liaising
Managing calendars and organising client meetings
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Scanning and filing, organising team meetings
Liaising with ASIC, ATO, and responding to queries from third-party providers
General office administration and support duties, and working together with the administration team




Management of MYOB files and invoicing
Accounts payable and debtors control

The ideal candidate will possess:
Skilled phone manner, answering a variety of phone calls and being the first point of contact.
Open to learning new database systems
Ability to take care of a variety of tasks and stay calm under pressure
Have energy and be willing to learn
Be well presented
Attention to detail is essential
The ability to communicate effectively – both written and verbally
No experience needed, however a qualification in Business Administration will be highly regarded
You are required to be an Australian citizen or have Permanent Residency status

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:00pm, based in our Kingsgrove office.
