Due to continued growth, CBS Complete Building Solutions is on the hunt for an experienced Insurance / Building Assessor to join our expanding national team.

What you'll be doing:
Conduct detailed site inspections across insurance and strata
Assess building damage resulting from insured events
Identify causes of damage and develop accurate repair scopes
Prepare detailed assessment reports and recommendations for insurers and clients
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, strata managers, trades and property owners
Coordinate specialist inspections where required and review supporting reports
Maintain quality outcomes while meeting service level agreements and KPIs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

What we're looking for:
Previous experience in an Insurance Building Assessor, Building Supervisor, Estimator or similar role
Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction methods




Ability to accurately identify damage causes and determine appropriate repair methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
A proactive team player with excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
Current Driver's Licence
Experience working with insurers, loss adjusters or strata claims will be highly regarded
