We currently have multiple Farmhand/Production Worker prospects available in Wallacia and Llandilo.

The Role

Work across established poultry and egg production facilities, assisting with a variety of farm, production and general duties.

Duties may include:
Packing eggs on a production line
Floor walking and general farm monitoring
Collecting eggs and feeding birds
Operating basic machinery and farm equipment
Cleaning and maintaining farm areas
General day-to-day farm duties
General manual handling and physical farm work

What We’re Looking For
Previous farm, poultry, production or similar experience is advantageous
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Reliable and motivated with a solid work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors and around poultry
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Must be available to work weekends
Available for 4–6 days per week on a rotating roster
Must meet strict biosecurity requirements
No birds, pigs or chickens kept at home
