The Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Trust Account Manager.

This is a key role within our business, responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day trust account management across multiple offices.

You will be working within a structured workplace with established systems and workflows, supported by a skilled and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily trust account operations
Process receipting, disbursements, and reconciliations
Handle contract deposits, settlements, and EOM procedures
Maintain compliance with all trust accounting legislation and audit requirements
Liaise with agents, solicitors,



and internal stakeholders
Ensure accuracy across all financial records and reporting
Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in real estate trust accounting
Strong understanding of trust accounting compliance and legislation
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
Experience with systems such as Vault, PropertyMe, Console or similar
