Milkon Steel is a leading structural steel fabrication company delivering high-quality projects across commercial and industrial sectors. With a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced Site Welder / Installer to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, site-based role responsible for the installation and welding of structural steel across a range of projects. You will work closely with site teams to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
On-site installation of structural steel components
Welding (primarily MIG/ARC) to required standards
Reading and interpreting shop drawings and plans
Working at heights and in various site conditions
Liaising with supervisors and other trades on-site




Ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in structural steel installation and on-site welding
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
White Card (essential)
Working at Heights (preferred)
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Reliable with a strong work ethic
