RMS is seeking a relationship-first account qualified to own renewals for a defined Tier 2 portfolio. You will collaborate with Customer Success to demonstrate value, protect revenue, and identify growth prospects within a defined customer base.
You will work with CSMs and managers on retention conversations, maintain accurate CRM renewals and forecasts, and pursue expansion from qualification through close while building commercial and industry knowledge for future progression.
