One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments is looking to engage2 experienced Registered Pharmaciststo support the evaluation of prescription medicine applications. The successful Pharmacists will be offered an initial12-month contract, working full time from theCanberra office, with the view to extend or transition to permanent.

The successfulPharmacistswill be responsible for, but not limited to:

n

Evaluating and finalising minor variation applications for prescription medicines within a regulatory framework.

n

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues relating to prescription medicine submissions.

n





Providing legislative and clinical advice as a subject matter expert within the branch.

n

Contributing to process improvements, strategic planning, administrative tasks and Trade Name team activities.

n

The successfulPharmacistswill have experience in the following:

n

Current registration as a practising Pharmacist withAHPRA.

n

Robust analytical skills, qualified judgement and the ability to make balanced decisions.

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder engagement ability.

n

High-level organisational skills, initiative and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
