Hays is currently recruiting experienced construction site managers for various apartment projects kicking off in the next few months. This is ongoing work with huge career possibilities into other commercial builds.

Salary range from $180-250K depending on experience.

Prior experience managing commercial mixed use projects is essential. Seeking both structural and all round management site managers.

Both Tier 1 & 2 options available with exceptional support on site and little to no overtime/ weekend work required.

Various mixed use projects both North and South, have your pick on location & possibly of working on a variety of projects such as healthcare & educational facilities thereafter.

Specializing in apartments for social housing & luxury projects.
Managing in office construction from civil to handover
Managing subcontractors, reporting, H&S;,

What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience as a site manager on apartment projects $10M in value
5 years experience as a site supervisor or manager
Experience with projects from civil works through to completion is an advantage
Structural site managers are also required
