Adjuvant Event Services is a conference and exhibition consultancy, specialising in content. Our team of Conference Managers act as freelance content specialists, working within larger event teams of associations and professional event organisers to help deliver some of the most impactful conferences and exhibitions in Australia and Asia Pacific. We are a small start-up business operating fully remotely out of Western Australia.

Reporting directly to the Founder Director, Conference Managers work closely with our clients to research, develop and deliver a conference agenda that meets their strategic objectives.

We’re looking for somebody who is curious, proactive, organised and a great communicator. A background in project management, sales or marketing would be helpful. Direct previous experience is not necessary, but to be successful in this role you’ll need to show:
Relationship building with a variety of stakeholders
Confidence and qualified conduct in meetings with senior professionals
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity and commercial awareness
Collaborative and professional approach to remote working

Key responsibilities
Conduct virtual and in-person research meetings with senior professionals in diverse industries




Develop compelling conference agendas aligned to client strategy and vision
Invite, confirm and manage conference speakers
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
Collaborate with client event teams for onsite conference delivery
Manage timelines, speaker communications and program updates throughout the event lifecycle
Work flexibly across different client organisations, systems and topics, maintaining Adjuvant’s core values of Trust, Respect, Integrity and Flexibility.
