About the role

Our Townsville-based manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a motivated, entry-level Blender / Batcher to join our team. In this hands-on, full time role, you will work closely with and assist our current blender in making our high-quality range of industrial and domestic cleaning products. Full training will be provided to help you safely develop your skills and grow with our business.

Key responsibilities
Support our current blender in the day-to-day batching, mixing, and manufacturing of detergents, disinfectants, deodorisers, degreasers, and powders
Assist with the final packaging and accurate labelling of completed products
Handle raw materials safely and ensure the production area is kept clean, organized, and efficiently stocked

About you
Prior experience working with raw materials in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar quick-paced workplace is preferred
Physically fit and capable of safely lifting up to 25kg
Current Forklift Driver's Licence is essential
Currently reside in Australia and hold a valid, unrestricted work visa
