About the role

Role is permanent full time and is based in Clayton.

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Administration Officer to join our small hardworking Plumbing Maintenance team. A market-competitive salary is on offer, work life balance, and a supportive working environment.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager your knowledge and skillset of coordinating and scheduling backflow and TMV bookings will be highly desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate all Backflow and TMV bookings and schedule
Prepare and submit regular reports to water authorities
Quoting on Valve Replacements and other associated jobs
Assist with reception duties for the team
Schedule payments for processing in a timely manner
Creating New Suppliers onto the system
Support internal & external audits as required
Invoicing clients
Maintaining client relationships
Maintaining a complex calendar for client bookings
Account reconciliations
Performing other administration and accounts duties where required

Skills and Experience




Experience with Tradehack/Fergus/Workbench is highly desirable
Intermediate IT skills particularly in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn recent systems quickly
Analytical approach, problem solving skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Highly motivated and take a high level of pride and personal ownership
Ability to effectively balance competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be hardworking, reliable, and have a skilled attitude
