About You

n

You are an experienced Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. You enjoy mentoring others, sharing your knowledge,



and creating a positive team culture.

n

You Will Bring

n

n
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
n
Experience leading a room or mentoring educators
n
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
A commitment to child safety, safeguarding, and creating inclusive learning environments
n
A team-oriented approach and the ability to build solid relationships with children, families, and colleagues
