Symal Group in Eight Mile Plains, Queensland, is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead end-to-end tender preparation for major civil infrastructure projects. You’ll develop cost plans, assess risks, and coordinate subcontractor inputs to deliver competitive submissions.

This is an office-based, Monday–Friday role with no travel, FIFO, or site work, offering solid career progression and the chance to influence the project pipeline within Australia’s quick-growing contractor.
