PART-TIME MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST – (2.5 days a week)

At Strathdale Medical Centre we pride ourselves on providing quality health care with a high level of patient satisfaction.

An exciting opportunity exists for a agile Receptionist to join our passionate team of General Practitioners, Nurses and Receptionists.

Receptionist will be responsible for:

Responding to telephone calls, appointments, emails, faxes

Invoicing and receipting

End of day settlements

End of day banking

Scanning

Personal Attributes:

Medical receptionist experience preferred but not essential

Experience using Best Practice highly desirable however not essential





Able to multi-task and enjoy a busy environment

Reliable and conscientious

Well presented

Able to work in a team environment and or autonomously

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Energetic, efficient, empathetic and patient focused

Undertake all duties in a diligent manner, with honesty and integrity
