Provide HF expertise to strengthen safety culture across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Manage and deliver technical HF leadership across multiple projects and HF reviews.
n
Perform HF integration and assurance tasks to support project delivery.
n
Lead improvements in HF foundations and practices.
n
Develop and integrate HF requirements into project and system design processes.
n

What you need
n
n
Robust demonstrated ability in applying HF techniques in complex, high‐reliability settings.
n
Solid experience in consultation, facilitation and representing Human Factors in a variety of internal and external stakeholder situations.
n
Skilled at identifying and addressing Human Factors challenges, managing resistance to change, and integrating contemporary valuable‐practice approaches to improve system safety.
