Grampians Health is seeking a Director of Nursing – Dimboola to provide strategic leadership across nursing and support services at the Dimboola campus. You will ensure high-quality, person-centered clinical care in a secure workplace for residential aged care residents.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive quality improvement, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards and funding models. Postgraduate gerontology or nursing/management qualifications are desirable.
