Capricorn is seeking an experienced claims skilled to join the national Claims team in Sydney. You will manage claims from initial notification through to finalisation, supporting Members, Risk Account Managers, third parties and service providers to ensure prompt, fair handling in line with Protection terms and procedures.
You will review documentation, set reserves, appoint assessors, and process payments while maintaining explicit communication with Members and relevant parties.
