About the Role As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of customer enquiries. Your role is to provide transparent, effective, and empathetic support across various products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing inbound customer calls, email and chat
Providing accurate information and solutions
Navigating multiple systems with efficiency
Using initiative and problem-solving to meet customer needs
Operating Hours:
Shifts will be provided on a rotating roster between Monday to Sunday, between 4:00am and 10:30 PM
Location: Onsite at Mascot then WFH available upon competency review and sign off - 10min walk from Mascot train station, free onsite parking
Employment type: Casual role
Training: up to 6 weeks of comprehensive onsite training provided

What You’ll Need
At least 6 months of contact centre experience, or 12+ months in customer service or retail
Strong communication skills – verbal and written
Confidence using multiple systems and managing time effectively
A proactive, customer-first attitude
Work-from-Home Flexibility After your initial 12-week training period onsite in Mascot, you may be eligible to transition into a hybrid work model.
To work from home, you’ll need:
Minimum internet speed of 30 - 50 Mbps
A dedicated desk and ergonomic chair
A quiet, private workspace
