As a Trade Overseer, you'll lead, mentor and motivate inmates in a agile team workplace, helping them develop practical trade and workplace skills that support successful rehabilitation and future employment opportunities.

Lead by example by mentoring and supervising inmates, passing on your trade skills and helping them build the confidence and experience needed for employment after release.

What you need
n
n
Relevant trade qualifications: Minimum Certificate lll in any Construction Trade including Electrician, Plumber, Plasterer, Roofer, Tiler or related trades.
n
Proven post-trade experience with the ability to apply your skills effectively in a diverse operational workplace.
n
Demonstrated experience supervising and managing workers, including providing clear instructions, coaching and training to a lower-skilled workforce.
