Cater Care is seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations at one of our education sites in Tallebudgera. In this role, you will drive high-volume bulk cookery for up to 500 guests in a fast-paced setting. Prepare and present quality meals across cafes, residential halls, and event catering functions
n
Efficiently lead and support high-volume bulk cooking operations
n
Partner with the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities
n
Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and food hygiene regulations
n
Provide prompt, high-standard service with a positive attitude

Keep all kitchen areas clean, fully stocked, and well-organised
