Taronga Zoo Dubbo is seeking a Casual Chef to join Taronga Western Plains Zoo’s hospitality team, contributing to Café Wild, Café Waterhole, Savannah function center, Zoofari Lodge and Serengeti kitchen. You’ll prepare and present high-quality meals while maintaining hygiene and cost controls.
Reporting to senior kitchen staff, you’ll train apprentices and help drive sustainable kitchen practices, with a supportive team and versatile schedule in a busy, visitor-facing setting.
