A fantastic prospect to join a well-known, high-performing real estate brand in Brisbane’s north-west suburbs. We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our rent roll by securing recent managements and building strong relationships with local investors and landlords.
Generate and convert recent property management business
Conduct rental appraisals and listing presentations
Build relationships with landlords and referral partners
Work closely with a high-performing property management team
About You
Real estate experience preferred (BDM, leasing, sales or property management)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Driven, organised and results focused
Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willing to obtain)
