We’re looking for an organised, trustworthy Bookkeeper & Accounts Assistant to support the smooth running of our day‑to‑day operations. This is a multi-tasked role suited to someone who likes to work independently, has sharp attention to detail, is organised and enjoysstructure, can efficiently multi-task, and keep an office running efficiently.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for a mix of Payroll, Bookkeeping duties and General Office administration, including:
Payroll preparation and processing
Accounts payable and receivable processing
Maintaining financial records and filing systems
Managing office supplies and general admin tasks
Supporting the Finance & Administrative team with adhoc and reporting tasks

What We’re Looking For
Experience in payroll, bookkeeping or accounts administration
Solid attention to detail and accuracy




Confident with payroll and accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar)
Systems savvy – able to learn current systems confidently
Reliable, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
Skilled communication skills and a positive, steady approach
Someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly
A team player and ability to work under pressure
