In this dual-role position, you will be a key part of our manufacturing process. We are looking for someone with reliable sewing skills who is also happy to roll up their sleeves and help with general workshop duties. This position starts as casual with the view to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
Operating industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish high-quality hats.
Assisting with the final detailing, including fitting and securing hat bands.
Helping across the workshop floor, preparing materials, and maintaining a clean work environment.
