The Role

This is a newly created opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist/Junior Legal Assistant support the team with entry level administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:




Delivering high-level client experience over the phone and in person
Maintaining calendars and diary appointments
Drafting basic precedent letters
Conveying relevant information to solicitor and other key parties
Assisting with client requests
Payment of invoices
Adhoc administration

Skills/Experience
High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
dedicated, hard-working and committed
Technically savvy
Exceptional client service and phone manner
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working in personal injury law
