I’m currently recruiting for an exciting prospect with a growing insurance startup looking for a strong General Insurance Broker to join their team.

This is a great chance for an experienced broker who is looking to move beyond simply managing an existing book and instead play a key role in building and growing a business from the ground up.

About the chance

You’ll be responsible for:
Managing warm leads and converting opportunities into new business.
Cross-selling and identifying additional insurance opportunities.
Working across a broad range of general insurance products.
Managing the full broking process, including quotes, reports, invoicing and client documentation.
Building relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the business.





The ideal candidate will have:
Tier 1 General Insurance accreditation.
Solid experience as a General Insurance Broker.
Broad exposure across multiple insurance classes.
Excellent communication and phone-based relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.

I’m particularly interested in speaking with General Insurance Brokers who have a strong business development focus and are ready for a role where their contribution can have a real impact.
