About the role

We are seeking a Qualified Mechanic / Service Technician to join our growing dealership in Leongatha.

This is a hands‑on role involving the servicing, repair, and assembly of a wide range of agricultural machinery. You will work both in the workshop and out in the field, supporting our customers and ensuring high standards of workmanship and service.

Key responsibilities: About You
Service, repair, and maintain agricultural machinery including tractors, balers, mowers, and spray units
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults efficiently
Carry out pre-delivery builds of new equipment




Provide onsite repairs and build robust customer relationships
Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards
Support and mentor apprentices within the workshop
Participate in training and development opportunities
Assist with overtime and participate in on-call rosters during peak season

About You
Qualified Mechanic with strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Motivated to learn and grow within the industry

Essential skills:
Qualified Mechanic
Manual Drivers license
Previous experience with Agricultural machinery highly regarded
Forklift License preferred but not essential
MR Truck license an advantage
