About the role

A Tyre Fitter plays a key role in the automotive service industry by ensuring vehicles are secure, roadworthy, and performing at their best. This role involves the fitting, balancing, repairing, and replacement of tyres on a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and commercial fleets.

Key Responsibilities
Fitting and removing tyres using specialized equipment
Inspecting tyres for wear, damage, and safety compliance
Repairing punctures and replacing damaged tyres
Balancing wheels to ensure smooth vehicle operation




Checking and adjusting tyre pressure
Providing basic customer service and advice on tyre care and maintenance
Maintaining a clean and protected work environment
Following workplace health and safety procedures
