Reception Role – Physioworks Health Group – Cranbourne or Pakenham Clinics

Position Overview

Position: Receptionist (10 hours + per week)

Location: Physioworks Health Group – Cranbourne and/or Pakenham Clinic

Work Hours:

3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Additional hours may be available

About Physioworks Health Group:

Physioworks Health Group is a physiotherapy and allied health business with clinics located in Cranbourne, Pakenham, Berwick and Camberwell. We have been in operation for over 30 years providing physiotherapy, exercise physiology, remedial massage therapy and a range of other services.

The Role

You will handle front desk reception tasks, such as:
Greeting clients
Answering phone calls, emails and faxes
Booking and scheduling appointments
Managing the electronic diary
Processing payments
Supporting clinical staff
Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills
Proficient working with a keyboard and computer
MS Office basics knowledge required for computer tasks




Ability to learn current processes and procedures quickly
Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
Demonstrate initiative and problem solve issues as they arise
Occasional flexibility to work additional hours to cover annual/personal leave
Sense of humour.

Training

Previous experience in health reception or administration is an advantage however no knowledge is assumed and all training for the position will be provided. Regular ongoing training will be provided.
