About the role

As a Nursery Hand, you'll play a vital role in the production, care, and dispatch of our plants. This is a hands-on role, working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key responsibilities

Potting and plant production
n
Order picking and dispatch preparation
n
Weeding, irrigation, and general nursery maintenance
n
Operating machinery (potting machines, tractors, forklifts) - training provided
n

About you

n

n
Takes responsibility for their work and follows tasks through to completion
n
Self-motivated and able to work efficiently without close supervision
n
Uses initiative—identifies what needs doing and acts on it
n




Robust attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
n
Experience in a nursery workplace or with machinery is an advantage, but not essential
n
Access to your own transport
