Our client is a leading Australian-owned switchboard manufacturer delivering innovative electrical solutions across a range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Switchboard Assembler to join their team based in Pakenham.

What's on Offer?

Excellent pay rate of $47.00 per hour + Super

Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 2:30pm

Optional overtime available

Ongoing assignment through to September, with potential extension

Your Responsibilities




Assemble and wire electrical switchboards to required specifications
Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
Ensure all work complies with AS/NZS 3000 wiring standards
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Perform quality checks and testing procedures
Maintain a secure and organised work environment

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 1 year of switchboard manufacturing or assembly experience
Trade qualification as an Electrician or Electrical Fitter
Strong knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 wiring standards
Ability to confidently read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Experience working with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Valuable physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
Reside within reasonable commuting distance of Pakenham (preferred)
