Bolton Clarke Group is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead the national sales, admissions and occupancy function for our Residential Aged Care portfolio. You will drive occupancy, revenue and a customer-centred admissions journey across a multi-site network in Australia.

You will report to the National Director of Operations and lead state teams, optimize revenue, and build strategic referral partnerships with hospitals and health specialists.
