Fook Shing is seeking an experienced, polished waitperson to join our front-of-house team in Kyneton.

We are a fast-paced, upmarket restaurant known for warm, attentive service and a refined à la carte dining experience. We’re looking for someone who thrives on the floor, understands the rhythm of service, and takes pride in delivering memorable hospitality.

About the Role
15–20 hours per week
Lunch and dinner availability required
Immediate start
Award rates (based on experience)

You Must Have
Proven experience in à la carte table service within a fast-paced, quality-driven venue
Strong knowledge of wine service (confidence presenting, opening, and serving wine correctly)
Excellent communication skills and a calm, qualified presence
The ability to manage a section independently
Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
A genuine passion for hospitality
