Are you a Social Worker or healthcare skilled with solid hospital experience, an excellent understanding of the NDIS, and established relationships across the health sector?

If you understand NDIS referral and intake processes, have worked with NDIS participants through hospital discharge and transition planning, and have genuine relationships with Hospital Liaison Officers, Social Workers, discharge teams and other referral partners, I’d love to speak with you.
This could be a outstanding next step for an experienced Social Worker or NDIS/health professional who loves building relationships and wants to move into a more commercially focused role.
