Dorsett Gold Coast is seeking a Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen, supporting day-to-day preparation and production across the Executive Lounge and Jin Bar. You will work under the guidance of our senior chefs to help deliver high-quality dishes for à la carte service, functions and events.
As part of a quick-paced, supportive kitchen setting, you’ll develop culinary skills across different areas while maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and teamwork.
