Job Description

You'll be responsible for leading our bar operations, driving service standards, developing our beverage offering and inspiring a talented team in one of Melbourne's busiest premium venues.

Key responsibilities

n

Lead the daily operation of multiple bars and beverage service
n
Recruit, train and develop a high-performing bar team
n
Manage stock control, ordering, inventory and supplier relationships
n
Create and develop seasonal cocktail menus and beverage initiatives
n
Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing, health and safety standards
n
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to deliver seamless guest experiences
n
Assist in planning and executing functions, events and activations
n

About you

n

n
Previous Bar Manager or senior leadership experience in a premium, high-volume venue
n
Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and premium beverages
n
Strong leadership and coaching skills
n
Excellent organisation and stock management experience
n
A passion for innovation and creating memorable guest experiences
n
Availability to work evenings, weekends and late nights
n
