Farm Foods manufacture in the FMCG space working with the likes of Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and independent retailers. We produce gourmet barbeque meats for these major retailers and pride ourselves on quality.

We are looking for an experienced accounts officer to join our finance team with strong experience across Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll.

The role will be permanent part time 4 or 5 days per week in office (adaptable on hours per day)

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the accounts officer will be responsible for:
Administration of day to day financial transactions including invoicing
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Processing of employee expense reimbursements
Interdepartmental communication relating to financial matters

Core competencies:
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others
Robust analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent MS office skills, solid computer literacy
Ability to multi task and work under pressure
High degree of attention to detail and accountability
Experience with Oracle NetSuite (preferred but not essential)
Experience with accounts payable / receivable
Understanding of manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
