Established in ****, we recognised the need for client-focused surveying and development services tailored to each site's unique requirements.
Our experienced team delivers high-quality, accurate and timely results across a wide range of projects - from pre-application consultations and subdivision design feasibility through to urban design, town planning, and project completion. ABOUT THE ROLE
Position:
Land Surveyor
While much of our work supports subdivision and land development,



you'll also have opportunities to be involved in drone surveys, laser scanning, monitoring, infrastructure projects, and construction/engineering surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-field survey computations and preparation
Party leading on a variety of surveys
Post-survey data reduction and computations
Preparing and/or checking survey plans and reports
Contributing to internal project management software
Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and project targets
Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to build strong relationships
Contributing to improvements in techniques and procedures
Maintaining quality assurance and professional standards
ABOUT YOU
You're an adaptable, proactive and detail-focused professional who enjoys variety in your work and collaborating with others. You will have:
Experience as a Land Surveyor/Survey Technician or Survey Assistant ready to take the next step
Relevant qualifications (minimum Advanced Diploma of Surveying)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to interpret plans and technical documents
Sound judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Permanent right to work in Australia
White Card
Experience with LISCAD and AutoCAD/BricsCAD
Familiarity with Leica or Trimble equipment
