Job Description

HammondCare is seeking 0.6 FTE (part time) Registered Nurses to support clients across the Central West/Nepean/Blue Mountains region. The role involves home visits, group activities, and delivering person-centred care within a multidisciplinary team.

You will work 3 days per week with hybrid arrangements and travel between client homes, supported by experienced clinicians and alignment with AHPRA standards.
