Key responsibilities:
Assist the team with loan applications and related paperwork
Support clients withfollow-ups,



and communication throughout the loan process
Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the mortgage pipeline
Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining positive relationships with clients
Contribute to team meetings and ongoing process improvements

What we’re looking for:
Tertiary qualification, ideally in finance, business, or related field
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding or interest in mortgage broking
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a quick-paced environment
Mortgage Broking qualifications advantageous
