Machine Operators – Bayside & Southeast Suburbs

We’re seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join a reputable manufacturing company located in Melbourne’s Bayside and southeastern suburbs. This is a fantastic chance to secure ongoing work in a stable, team-oriented environment.

Schedule: Mon - Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Payrate: $33.93 per hour

Mixing and Sheeting Department

Responsibilities
Operate machinery used in the production of rubber and polymer plastic products.
Mixing and bagging carbon black and synthetic materials to produce rubber.
Place correct stamping tool to identify what rubber has been extruded.
Monitor machinery, mix compound ingredients.
Safely handle knives for rubber cutting.
Remove creases, and re-roll liners.
Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures.
Contribute to a productive and positive team workplace.

What We’re Looking For




Previous experience in machine operation within a manufacturing setting.
Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
Current Police Check and Driver’s Licence.
Strong time management, reliability, and work ethic.
Safety-focused with strong attention to detail.
Team player who can also work independently.
