Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their growing Labour Hire Division.

This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated and results-driven recruiter who can hit the ground running. You will play a key role in managing a major client account, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process while providing ongoing workforce support and account management.

Key Responsibilities
Screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates
Coordinating and conducting onsite inductions
Managing workforce rosters and attendance
Conducting onsite check-starts and employee support visits
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Responding to client workforce requirements in a timely manner




Ensuring consistent communication with both clients and employees
Maintaining accurate recruitment and employee records

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within labour hire or blue-collar recruitment
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
The ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment and account management
Robust attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Flexibility to work across a range of industries and client sites
