Benalla Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Palliative Care to join our dedicated team on a permanent part time basis (0.4 EFT). You will provide specialist nursing support across the palliative care journey, working with clients, carers and families to ensure care aligns with their goals and preferences.
The role requires postgraduate palliative care nursing, community nursing experience, and a commitment to life-limiting illness care.
