Intentional Supports Pty Ltd is seeking capable support workers to assist participants with complex needs in a structured SIL workplace in Coffs Harbour. Training starts 14 September **** with client-specific programs including Behaviour Support Plans, PEG care, medication administration, bowel management and mealtime plans.
A dedicated team provides onboarding and ongoing support. Roles include night shifts (1:2) with no sleepovers, plus morning/afternoon shifts (1:1).
